Creating 350 cycle parking spaces at North Greenwich Station
As part of the Transport for London cycle parking framework, Lockit-Safe have upgraded the cycle parking facilities at the busy North Greenwich underground station which serves the O2 Arena.
THE SOLUTION
We developed six areas around the station creating a total of 350 cycle parking spaces. These spaces were created using a mixture of simple sheffield cycle stands and two-tier bike racks. The majority of the spaces are covered with cycleshelters.
Included within the cycling parking area is a pump and repair stand that is open to the public.
