Lockit-safe recently completed the installation of a bespoke Barratt cycle shelter for a school in Redditch, designed to meet specific site requirements while promoting active travel among pupils. The project was made possible through successful funding secured via Transport for Greater Manchester (TfGM)—one of several similar schemes Lockit-safe is currently supporting across the region.

The shelter comfortably accommodates 20 cycles and was adapted in both height and length to suit the school’s preferred footprint and layout.

OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

Redditch School required a reliable, secure shelter that fit into a more compact space, without compromising capacity or build quality.
