Lockit-safe celebrate first installations on Transport for Greater Manchester contract

Our contract with transport for Greater Manchester has now seen a number of school and college projects coming to fruition. The range and type of projects involved in this contract are extensive from small updates to existing facilities to large-scale transformations including multiple types of cycle parking and services.

Parrs Wood High School

Parrs Wood High school required multiple cycle parking solutions including –

  • Bespoke canopy with toast rack cycle stands
  • 20  and 60 cycle extended lockable Hamble cycle compounds with cycle lockers
  • Cycle lockers
  • Lighting
  • Security and locking systems
  • Groundworks and bollards
East Manchester Academy

For East Manchester Academy we have made alterations to their existing cycle shelters –

  • New steel work
  • PETG sheeting infill panel
  • 2m roof section
  • Paxton access control system with fobs

Installation of a 100 cycle lockable Hamble cycle compound including –

  • Mesh front
  • Sliding gate
  • School graphics to end and back panels
  • Helmet Lockers
The Kingsway School

The Kingsway School required a bespoke solution that included –

  • 38 standard cycle lockers
  • 20 double cycle lockers
  • Bespoke canopy
  • Benches
  • Groundworks
