Installing new two tier cycle parking at York station for Virgin Trains
Lockit-safe were contracted by Virgin Trains to improve the cycle parking facilities at the station for staff and passengers.
The staff had a covered area designated for their cycle parking but it only had basic Sheffield stands and a lack of cycle parking spaces was an issue. Lockit-safe supplied and installed their two tier cycle racks into the space creating 150 cycle parking spaces for staff.
An additional 80 cycle two tier racks were also installed at another area of the station for passengers.
