Sheffield Station has been awarded Station of the Year 2014 at the ATOC National Cycle-Rail Awards. 2014 saw the installation of the Sheffield cycle hub as part of a range of improvement works.

A large part of this development was the secure Cycle Hub which provided an additional 400 cycle parking spaces. These spaces were provided by Lockit-safe’s two tier system which is a solution that many rail stations are opting for as it doubles the cycle parking spaces in any given footprint.
