Major Cycle Storage Rollout Across Scotland for Multiple Councils

Lockit-safe is proud to announce the start of a large-scale programme of upcoming cycle storage installations across Scotland, supporting a wide range of local authorities in their efforts to promote active travel and improve sustainable infrastructure.

The councils awarded works to Lockit-safe include:

WORKING ACROSS SCHOOLS AND PUBLIC SPACES

Installations will take place across a variety of environments including schools, high streets, parks, and other public spaces—tailored to the needs of each location. Each site will benefit from Lockit-safe’s secure, durable products designed to make cycling and scooting more accessible to communities across Scotland.

The scope of work includes:

  • Cycle shelters and stands

  • Lockable compounds with steel and PETG cladding

  • Refurbishment of existing units

  • Groundworks including full concrete bases and concrete pockets

This wide-ranging programme will see our in-house installation teams working non-stop across Scotland until mid-March, ensuring that every council benefits from a consistent, high-quality delivery.
